Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mischief is a subscription service for digital creative assets. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and when refunds apply.

1. Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal or by emailing support.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then does not renew.
  • We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period after cancellation, and unused allowance does not carry over.

2. Renewals

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We show your plan and next billing date, and Stripe emails a receipt for each charge.

3. When we do give refunds

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • A confirmed billing error on our side.
  • A technical failure that prevented generation and could not be resolved — we will first re-run the generation for you.
  • Any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

Because assets are generated on demand, we generally cannot refund a period simply because you changed your mind after generating, but we will always try to make it right — usually by regenerating assets you are not happy with.

4. Digital delivery

Mischief delivers digital assets only — there is no physical product and no shipping. Nothing on this site is a ticket sale, and we do not collect or refund any show payments on your behalf.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@miscproj.shop with your account email and the charge date. We respond within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Governing law: England and Wales.
