Terms of Service

Mischief is an online-only digital studio that generates promotional and creative assets for live shows — briefs, posters, concept art, moodboards, social tiles and trailer material. Outputs are creative references, not production, ticketing or safety documents.

• ▸You must be at least 13 to use the service; users aged 13–17 need verifiable guardian consent.
• ▸Mature-theme promo features are restricted to users aged 18+.
• ▸You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

• ▸Plans are billed in USD via Stripe, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is discounted.
• ▸Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• ▸Plans are subscription usage only — there are no credits, top-ups or stored value, and allowances do not roll over.

You are solely responsible, for any show you promote, for obtaining and holding:

• ▸Music synchronisation and performance licences for any music used in trailers or promos.
• ▸Copyright clearance for scripts, footage, artwork and other third-party material.
• ▸Performer likeness, image and name rights — do not upload a person's image without their consent.
• ▸Venue, fire and safety approvals for the actual event.

AI-generated people are fictional by default. Mischief does not grant any music, footage or likeness rights and is not responsible for your clearance obligations.

Mischief does not sell, resell, collect or process tickets or any show payments, and does not act as a box office or payment agent for your events. All ticketing stays entirely with your own channels.

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use policy. In summary: no impersonation of other shows or brands, no defamatory or misleading promotion, and no sexual, explicit or unlawful content.

You retain ownership of assets you generate, and of references you upload, as described in the Content License. The Mischief name, software and site are our property.

• ▸The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be accurate, approvable or fit for a specific purpose.
• ▸We do not guarantee ticket sales, audience numbers, marketplace approval or intellectual-property clearance.
• ▸To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
• ▸Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use policy. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
